Rosso Toledo
A rare orange-terracotta granite with a vivid base accentuated by black and grey inclusions — a material of exceptional chromatic identity. Among all Ukrainian granites, Rosso Toledo holds a special position owing to its unusual colour: neither classic red nor commonplace brown, but a juicy terracotta-orange tone reminiscent of fired clay or ripe pumpkin in the late autumn sun.
The black and dark-grey inclusions are distributed unevenly, giving each slab a unique, almost painterly pattern. The contrast between the warm orange background and the cool dark inclusions creates a visual dialogue that draws the eye and holds attention. Depending on the finishing type, the stone changes character: polishing intensifies the saturation and warmth of the colour, while flaming and acid treatment accentuate the texture and make the dark inclusions still more expressive.
Density 2,570 kg/m³ and water absorption 0.28 %; compressive strength in the range of 120–240 MPa, flexural strength of 21 MPa, and abrasion of 0.26 g/cm². The vivid colouring retains its saturation throughout the structure’s service life. Indispensable for prestigious façades, monumental accents and design installations where architectural boldness is required.
