Star of Ukraine

A warm beige-brown granite with outstanding polishing properties — one of the most sought-after materials for high-end surface finishing. The dominant tone is a rich, warm beige with a golden luminosity that shines most vividly in its polished state under artificial light. It is precisely this golden radiance that sets Star of Ukraine apart from more neutral beige granites: the surface reads not merely as warm, but as luxurious — as though suffused with an inner light.

The pattern is relatively even, with thin, darker mineral veins that animate the monotony of the background without disturbing the overall harmony. Under a mirror polish, the granular structure virtually disappears, leaving a seamless, smooth colour plane that architects prize in prestige interiors: hotel lobbies, reception halls, restaurant countertops. The warm golden-beige tone effortlessly harmonizes with walnut timber, brushed brass and cream-white marble.

Density in the range of 2,740–2,770 kg/m³ and water absorption of 0.13–0.24 % attest to an exceptionally dense crystalline structure. Compressive strength 149–172 MPa, a high flexural strength of 35 MPa, and low abrasion of 0.26 g/cm² ensure long-term durability. Ideal for memorial monuments, façades, countertops and window sills in the premium segment.
